Funnel and measurement review
Map the journey from landing page to purchase and identify missing or unreliable signals.

Ad spend cannot resolve unclear product information, unexpected checkout costs or an uncompetitive offer. We assess where buyers drop out, whether the data reflects that behaviour and which product categories can support additional acquisition costs.

We prioritize changes and define what each test should establish. Your team or development partner implements the agreed work unless implementation is explicitly included in scope. A full redesign is not assumed.
Margins help determine which acquisition costs the business can support. We also consider discounts, refunds and order value when the data is available. Reported ROAS alone is not enough to decide which products deserve more budget.
If missing or duplicated events prevent a useful comparison, measurement comes first. We distinguish a reporting error from a buying-journey problem so that tests address the right issue.
The work needs to match the available evidence. With limited traffic or sales, we begin with measurement, offer clarity and basic purchase-path checks. More detailed testing is scoped only when the volume can support a useful assessment.
